When you would like to ban some1 who did something bad
you will need this:

Picture of steam id! [write status in console]

A vid or picture of what he/she did With name visable

the date/time if you would say like : 2-9-2008 17:00~ its good to but if you know the exact time its ok to..
(Time isn't that imporatant)
